Plant & Food Research, on behalf of HVN, recently presented a live Zoom webinar about their latest consumer insights.
In March 2019 an on-line study was commissioned across China to quantify learnings from previous qualitative HVN studies, relating to infant, gut, metabolic and immune health. Recognising the huge impact of Covid-19, the research team repeated this survey among Chinese consumers. The timing of the second survey was six months after the first Covid-19 deaths in China, and after lockdown restrictions were declared across various regions of the country. The collection of this second dataset has enabled a direct comparison of consumer views before and after the experience of life during the Covid-19 pandemic.
