The Riddet Institute-led High-Value Nutrition Science of Food programme this week hosted a free online seminar for SMEs wanting support in the food regulation space – Critical aspects of food regulation in high-value nutrition export success. Watch the webinar.
This 2 hour seminar highlighted the regulatory environment and awareness of regulatory requirements relating to NPD, from concept, to design, to product launch, and the substantiation of claims. The webinar also highlighted the critical value of embedding regulations into design thinking and where to find support.
